    • We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you promptly.
  3. Returns and Exchanges for Other Reasons:

    • As our products are custom-made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects or errors. This includes size exchanges or buyer’s remorse. Please ensure you review the size guides and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
